Mary And Stan Bell
Originally from New Jersey, Mary and her husband spent many months in sunny Florida escaping the cold winters in the northeast. Mary and her husband were Paramedics and later went on to become business owners in New Jersey selling medical equipment and providing safety and healthcare education to corporations, schools and private facilities.;In 2007 she purchased her first vacation rental property in central Florida and went on to purchase another property in 2010. She successfully rents and manages these properties and in 2013 decided to enter into Real Estate and make sunny Florida her home. With her many years of experience as a business owner, Mary knows the importance of quality customer service.;During her “off time”, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband, and being with family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoys meeting people from all over the world and would love to help them find;“their place” in the sun.;Whether selling your property or purchasing your forever home, investment property, or a vacation home, Mary, will be dedicated to finding you the home of your dreams.Born and raised in New Jersey, Stan and his wife found themselves traveling to sunny Florida every chance they got. They both ran a very successful business which allowed them plenty of travel time to the South. In 2007, they purchased their first vacation rental home in Lake County. Stan and his wife were Paramedics in the EMS field for over 20 years. Stan was also a Firefighter and held the rank of Assistant Chief. Prior to becoming a First Responder, Stan was in the Store Planning and the Construction field which gives him a great background in home construction. Just prior to becoming a Realtor®, Stan worked at the Magic Kingdom in Disney driving all the boats on Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake. Stan was in the Marine Corps ROTC program and earned the rank of Cadet Major. During his free time, Stan likes to spend it with his wife traveling throughout Florida and seeing what new things it offers. With his extensive business experience and patient care, Stan’s customer service is top notch!
